NMBA MONETARY POLICIES
1. Registration does not take effect until the registration form is complete, fees are paid in full and funds have cleared.
2. A $20 service charge will be applied to all N.S.F. cheques.
3. There will be a 5% charge on all online credit or debit payments.
4. A $25 late fee must accompany all registrations received after March 1, 2020 Players will be wait-listed after this date!
5 A $25 Administration fee will be charged on all refunds. Prior to any refund being processed, the player's uniform (hat, shirt, socks) MUST be returned to his/her coach.
6. Withdrawal of a player after league start-up but prior to May 15th will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee. Prior to any refund being processed, the player's uniform (hat, shirt, socks) MUST be returned to his/her coach.
7. There will be no reimbursement for player withdrawal on or after May 15th.
* To avoid 5% online service charge checks may be made out to NMBA and dropped off in the office mail slot @ 850 3rd St (under Rotary Club).
